Shellyne Rodriguez and Elektra KB in “Social Realms”

Throughout the month of June, works by VCS student Elektra KB and recent VCS graduate Shellyne Rodriguez will be on display as part of “Social Realms,” an exhibition of art by SVA students and alumni curated by Richard Brooks, assistant director of student galleries. You can learn more about the exhibition and see images of some of the works included at this link.

The reception for “Social Realms” will be held tonight from 5 to 7 p.m. in the SVA Gallery, which is located in the entrance to the College at 209 East 23rd Street in New York City. The show will run through June 30th, and can be viewed during the gallery’s regular hours: Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Both the exhibition and tonight’s reception are free and open to the public.
